Rules Of Our Contest
By submitting an entry to Babies Born Beautiful Contest, you unconditionally agree to the following Rules, Regulations, Terms and Conditions:
Main competition is open to children ages birth to 9 years of age, at this time, for our main PPC only. Fees are per child, unless siblings are splitting the unlimited entry! Main contest goes from the 1st to the 25th of every month. This is a PPC, and entry free must be paid for, and terms agreed upon, before entries will be accepted and posted.
**$1 a photo Personality Contest- is for ages 0-10, and starts on the 15th of the month, and ends on the 12th, like our glitz contest, as long as we have 15 paid entries, or more. Based on personality & cuteness. Sometimes the contest runs over, then at 15 entries we close, and start back up again, so dates can be off**
**Free theme contest ends on the 12th of every month, and can be ages 0-10 as well. We often have 2 contests a month, and go off dates, so check in often**
Parents who enter their children agree NOT to bash other contestants, or the judges (we keep things clean, and friendly here).
Main contest
Winners will be announced within 72 hours (3 days), of the contest deadline, which is the 25th day, of every month. each month, we need at least 15 paid entires in all categorizes combined, which isn't much, in order to proceed, if less then 15 entries, the contest will continue into the next month. Since entry prices have decreased so much, # of entrants needed to close has increased, in order to help cover the costs of our prizes, shipping, and printing. Hopefully we'll have alot more fun to!
Parent or Legal Guardian must be the person submitting the contestant, unless iam contacted prior to entering, and you explain your relationship to the child, and it is accepted. This must be done before entering.
Children cannot be nude in photos. Diaper photos, and bath tub shots, are fine, as long, as things are covered, where they need to be. Totally nude shots, will be disqualified.
Judging will be conducted totally fairly by a set panel of judges outside of the contest, who have absolutely no discrimination towards sex, race, or age.
No glitz/ make-up shots are accepted. natural snapshots, and walmart type, professional shots, are welcome. Make-up & touch-ups, can only be in the theme category.
Photos do not need to be recent, and we have to right, to re-size, and crop photos to fit our site, if need be, but will do nothing to take away the beauty of your photos.
All Judge's decisions are final. You are welcome to enter the contest again, even if you win a title, however, you cannot submit the same winning photo.
Contest discounts, must be used by emailing the contest before, not after, entering, your child.
Prizes will be sent out within 7 days, after the winners have been announced. All supreme winners, in our main contest, ones who win the throphies, and framed certificates, (heavier items), if they live outside the USA, they must contribute to the shipping fees for their prizes.
You agree to allow us to post your child's photo in our winner's gallery, for an unlimited amount of time, if we choose.
Everyone have fun! every child is beautiful, and is born this way, so if you don't win a title, please do not dismay, your child is still a winner!
We accept paypal only, at this time! If you do not have a paypal account, it is very easy to sign up, and use you credit card, or bank account, through them, just click on the link on the entry page, to sign up. it's fast and free!
